What data is stored for teachers and students?

Teacher Data:

Name, Email, User Name and Password

Student Data:

Student data is limited to First Name, Last Name, grade, email (optional), and student id# (optional). For information on student privacy, please click here. 

Note: If emails are not shared, multiple authentication systems can not be used (Clever, Google, Classlink, LTI). In addition, changing authentication systems in subsequent years can not be handled.
