What data needs to be shared with Defined using Clever or ClassLink?

When sharing data with Defined through Clever or Classlink (OneRoster) the following information needs to be shared:

*Defined uses OAuth2 for SSO

Teachers: 

• Name
• Email
• Grades
• Classes/Sections/
• Student Enrollments
• ID (optional)

Students: 

• Name
• Email 
• Classes
• Grade
• SIS ID (optional)

If you do not wish to share student data with us, you may utilize Defined Learning with teacher rostering only. Students will access projects utilizing share links in this scenario. Often times at K-2 levels, this is preferred. 

Emails provided for students are not used for any marketing purposes. Only specific site-use by a students teachers would trigger emails to be sent.
